Every year SOS productions holds events around July 4th called the 4th of U-Lie and, later in the summer, a Black August event including a tribute to Dr. Mutulu Shakur and for the past few years we have been designing the flyers for these companion events. Here’s 2011.

Dennis Lemos and Vinny Quirino are two of the thousands of students eligible for a pathway to citizenship under the proposed DREAM Act currently awaiting deportation proceedings. SIM, the force behind the DREAM Act has taken the lead on coordinating the Education Not Deportation campaign, fighting for students facing deportation. We created these posters to help spread awareness about this case and the countless others like it.

The 20 Year Homicide Report was a project to visualize 20 years of data from 1,465 murders that took place in Boston between 1988 and 2008. These info-graphics were put together as a website which is hosted by Blackstonian.com. This week marked the culmination of a print and identity project we have been doing for Casa Verde – a youth education program based in Nicaragua. We were hit up to design a logo / mark, business cards and a bookmark / brochure of info about the program. This was one of the first projects we’ve done entirely online for a client so far away and it actually went pretty smoothly.
