3 Strikes
In Massachusetts a “3 Strikes” Habitual Offender Bill was recently signed into law by Gov. Deval Patrick and took affect August 2, 2012. This is in spite of a concerted community / coalition effort spearheaded by the Blackstronian, EPOCA, NAACP, Prisoners Legal Services, FAMM, and many others to stop passage of a “3 Strikes” Bill in MA.
