DIY CD’s – The Jeffrey Physical Bootlegs [8.5×11 CD Case Template Included]

When helping SPNDA with materials for his Jeffrey release, one of the most labor intensive, yet satsifying projects was the creating of Official Bootlegs of the project. Jake drew an alternate cover and then scanned and colored it in Photoshop before laying out a CD case template on an 8.5×11 sheet of paper which when printed on one side and folded properly created a self contained CD envelope that could be created very cheaply. We also worked on testing and implementing a concept to print our own on-disc-art using an EZ-Cut print block. We are incredibly pleased with the results and using materials we already had were able to make a really nice, really personal, really cheap CD packaging and branding solution.
