Rob Stull .com

Finally! After a long time developing and fleshing out the web site for local artist and illustrator Rob Stull, we have finally launched it. Rob is a veteran in the comics industry, working on popular titles from Spiderman to Batman for all the major publishers. He is also a pioneer of fusing hip-hop and graffiti with comics and graphic arts – through work for major players like Guru and events and shows like Com N’ Graf. In other words – this man does web-site worthy sh*t. Unlike many clients who have a lot of coming soon and under development areas when they come to us, Rob has archives of work, press and events demanding documentation. This site is still being updated with a backlog of content – with more to come in the future as Rob continues to keep busy doing cool stuff. It was a great project and a visually a lot of fun being able to use original comic art for the graphics. www.robstull.com

Anjuli Stars .com

Landing Pages For most artists, a full fledged website is overkill and can present too many clicks between your user and what they want to find on your site. For Anjuli we have built several incarnations of a landing page for her to represent her most current projects or work and keep visitors focused on a few key items and links. WordPress Site New website and blog design for the 305’s Anjuli Stars. We got linked up with Anjuli by way of O.T.O and Prime Sus and hooked her up with a new site to replace the blog we produced for her on the blogger platform. With the rebuild we took the opportunity to update the look and integrate the new South Dade branding for the record label.

Illy Sav – 1 Vs. 100

One of my favorite things to do is help people realize a vision and make something happen. Illy Sav has been in the cypher for a long time and this project like many others (hint, hint, cough, cough) is long overdue. After a quick shoot featuring some Scope Apparel swag, I developed the cover art drawing on the visuals cues of the gaming world, referenced in the project, and particularly the iRock song and video. With the single covers, we wanted the words and images to tell a kind of narrative on their own with the simplicity of layout and selective pictures of Sav. The website is simply a vehicle to deliver the music, and also get you to a twitter or Facebook. If you’re into that kind of thing. In this area Illy gets all the credit for demanding functionality, simplicity and selectivity. So, go check out his other content on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and the like. This was a great project to finally get done and I salute Illiam for his persistence as an artist in Boston. It is not the most welcoming of environments, but it seems to produce some very talented specimins. I am glad most of them are on our team.
